We are currently shipping within the United States and beyond. Rates calculated at check out.
Your order will be shipped via UPS home delivery and usually arrives between 5-7 business days.
We do offer expedited shipping at check out. Please consider order fulfillment will take 24-48 hours so please keep this mind when selecting expedited shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return and full refund items must be returned by mail within 45 days of when the order is delivered.
Returns outside of 45 days will not be accepted.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to submit your return or exchange. Once a return or exchange is received and approved, a refund or product will be issued within 5-7 business days. Credits will be applied to the original form of payment.
Please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and shipping costs are not refundable.
In order to ensure peace of mind when shipping, please select a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Sidecar is not responsible for items in the mail.
Sidecar strives to provide the best in product quality. However, we do realize that errors occur. Please email email@example.com to receive a replacement at no shipping cost. We will address your concerns in a timely manner.
Items returned as defective will be inspected upon receipt of the item. Please note that reasonable or extensive wear and tear will not be considered defective and will not receive a refund or a replacement.
